Welcome to the Montessori Children’s House of Nantucket! We are a private, independent, non-profit pre-school. We have been providing quality education to children ages 2 years and 9 months - through Kindergarten, for over 25 years.

Our goal is to educate our students through the Montessori approach, which addresses the intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of each child. Our philosophy is to encourage the child’s interests and curiosity; the development of responsible, independent thinking, and a life-long love of learning.

We have a staff of dedicated teachers, and their passion for education along with longevity, professionalism, and talent, provides our students with a loving, creative, academically challenging school experience.
